مزهرية من الزجاج من مصر أو سورية. في العصر المملوكي. ترجع إلى القرن (8هـ./14م.). تجمع هذه المزهرية الرقيقة بين روعة الصناعة وروعة الزخرفة وهما من خصائص الفن الإسلامي على مر العصور. فلقد زخرفت بزخارف مذهبة بطريقة المينا. وتزيّن الجسم زخارف كتابية بالخط الثلث نصها: "عز لمولانا السلطان الملك العالم". بينما يزيّن الرقبة صورة الطائر الخرافي المعروف باسم "العنقاء".

A glass vase from Egypt or Syria in the Memelukes era dating back to the 8th Hejri century, the 14th century A.D. It combines the magnificence of craft as well as that of ornamentation, two features of the Islamic art through out eras. It was ornamented in “enamel style” by golden ornaments. Written ornaments in Thuluth calligraphy decorate the vase’s body as follows: “ Glory to our lord Al-Sultan Al-Alem". The picture of the fabulous bird known as “phoenix” decorates the vase’s neck.
