قطعة من نسيج الحرير من إيران تنسب إلى خراسان حوالي القرن (4هـ./ 10م.) تحتوي على زخرفة من فيلين متماثلين ومتواجهين تحتهما شريط من الكتابة بالخط الكوفي نصه: "عز وإقبال للقائد أبي منصور بختكين أطال الله بقاءه. ". وربما كان القائد "بختكين" عاش في بلاط الملك ابن نوح أمير خراسان في إقليم ما وراء النهر. ثم قتل القائد على يد هذا الملك في سنة (349هـ. / 960م). ومن الناحية الفنية تبدو الأساليب الفنية الساسانية واضحة في رسم الفيلين والحيوانات والطيور الصغيرة بجانب التأثيرات الفنية للشرق الأقصى. المقاسات:20.5 × 36 سنتيمترا و توجد في متحف اللوفر بباريس, فرنسا.

A piece of silk texture from Iran traced to Khuracan dating back to the 4th Hejri century, 10th centuryA. D. It includes an ornament of two similar faced elephants where there is a lace written in Kufic calligraphy beneath them saying “ Glory and prosperity to the leader Abu Mansour Bukhtkin, may Allah grant him long life”. Leader Bukhtkin might have lived in the court of King Ibn Noah Khuracan’s Prince in Iran who killed Bukhtkin in the year 349 H., 960 A.D. From the artistic side, Sasan artistic styles are obvious in drawing elephants, birds, and little animals in addition to the artistic impacts of the Far East.
