This link will help teachers introduce their students to different Arabic figures. Each text has an audio file and the students could be asked to listen and report to the teachers. Knowing the the figures who shaped the history of the Arabic culture is as important as knowing the language. Students need not wait for higher levels to know those figures. They have to be introduced on a daily basis and in a very simple form (even in English)
